RETURN POLICY
You will be satisfied at the quality Bradford builds into each product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with a Bradford product, please give us a call at
570-427-4493 or email us at info@bradfordclocks.com within (10) business days from receipt of your purchase, and provide us with a brief description of the reason for your return.
REFUND REQUIREMENTS:
1. Item to be returned in un-used and in resalable condition.
2. Item to be returned in original packaging/shipping container or equal or better quality as received otherwise a restocking fee would be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
3. Item to be returned must not have been personalized.
4. The customer is responsible for return packing/shipping charges and must insure the item for the full purchase price.
5. Please include contact details such as: your name, address, telephone, email address and invoice number so we can process your return quickly; and we are able to contact you if we have further questions.
6. Your credit card will be credited the cost of the product.
